CACI International has received $44 million contract to provide logistics and acquisition management services for the U.S. Navy‘s Littoral Combat Ship program.
The contract contains an eight-month base period and two three-month options, CACI said Monday.
“With our ongoing support for this program countering asymmetric challenges close to shore, we will continue to help provide the multi-dimensional, nuanced approaches necessary to tackle this problem in an effective, appropriate, and timely fashion,” said Ken Asbury, CACI president and CEO.
CACI will provide project planning, technical analysis and business and financial management support to the Navy for the LCS ships.
The company will also work with the Navy to develop and field the combat ship’s mine hunting, antisubmarine warfare and surface warfare systems.
