Interactive Intelligence Group has obtained a certification from the Joint Interoperability Test Command for the companys Internet protocol-based communications software offering.
BROOKMAN LLC assisted Interactive Intelligence in the certification process for the fourth version of its Customer Interaction Center suite’s sixth update, Interactive Intelligence said Thursday.
“CIC’s JITC certification helps government agencies speed sales cycles and reduce deployment time, while its single-platform architecture and tight integration to Microsoft components offer simplified integration and management,†said Joe Brookman, CEO of Brookman LLC.
The communications tool is built to work with active directory, public key infrastructure and common access cards for desktop single sign-on and telephony services.
The suite also features skills-based routing, interactive voice response, multichannel recording, unified messaging, automated customer feedback surveys, Web-based contact center statistics portals, workforce management and desktop conferencing.
According to the company, the certification validates its compliance with Defense Department requirements for information assurance and interoperability with Interactive Intelligence’s collaboration suite.
