Deloitte and SAP have entered into an agreement for Deloitte’s global partners to offer SAP business software products and maintenance service offerings under a value-added reseller program.
Through a single supply framework, Deloitte member firms can license SAP software products as well as deliver pre-configured systems and deployment support directly to customers, Deloitte said Monday.
“We’re seeing a trend in the marketplace where clients are looking for creative approaches to lowering the cost of ownership, accelerating benefits and preserving high quality through the implementation of SAP solutions,†said Peter Ryan, Australian national leader for Deloitte’s enterprise applications practice.
“Participation in the global VAR program will provide an additional way for us to fulfill these new needs,” Ryan added.
Deloitte has also partnered with NXG Business Solutions, a SAP enterprise performance management partner in Australia.
The consulting firm says its partner ecosystem provides SAP product support to more than 11,000 practitioners across the world.
