Dana Mehnert Named to Ultra I&C Board

Dana Mehnert, a former senior executive at L3Harris Technologies, will join Ultra Intelligence & Communications‘ board of directors this month.

In a statement Monday, Jon Rucker, president and CEO of Ultra I&C and a two-time Wash100 awardee, said, “Throughout his career, Dana has demonstrated remarkable leadership in delivering mission-critical software defined communications solutions enabling transformative and rapid growth.”

“His extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry will be instrumental in further accelerating our innovation and strategic growth initiatives,” Rucker added. 

Career Highlights

Mehnert spent 38 years at L3Harris, most recently leading its $5 billion communication systems segment, which supports armed forces, allies and public safety organizations worldwide. He also served as senior vice president of global business development and president of the radio frequency communications division.

Currently, Mehnert is the founder of Invictus Strategic Advisors, advising leaders in aerospace, defense and telecommunications. He also serves on the boards of Epiq Solutions and EOS Defense Systems USA.
