Former CIA Digital Leader Joins SAP National Security Services Board - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Jennifer Ewbank, a government and technology expert and a two-time Wash100 winner, has joined SAP National Security Services’ board of advisers. She confirmed her new role in a LinkedIn post Tuesday. 

“It is an honor to support an organization that plays such a vital role in safeguarding our nation’s most sensitive data and empowering U.S. federal agencies and regulated industries with cutting-edge technology,” she wrote.

Jennifer Ewbank’s Career

Ewbank is the founder of Andaman Strategic Advisors, a firm that guides organizations in the fields of digital transformation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and technological and geo-strategic risks. 

She spent the majority of the CIA, where she held leadership positions of increasing importance. From 2019 to 2024, she served as deputy director for digital innovation at the agency. In the position, she oversaw efforts related to accelerating the development and integration of digital and cyber capabilities that support the agency’s mission. 

Ewbank also led intelligence operations at the agency, including programs related to counterintelligence, counterterrorism and adversary nations. In addition, she held roles wherein she was in charge of building CIA relationships with U.S. public and private institutions and American citizens to advance intelligence missions and strengthen national security. 

Earlier in her career, she was a foreign service officer at the Department of State. 

Aside from SAP National Security Services, Ewbank currently sits on the boards of advisors of DarkOwl, Analysis and Resilience Center for Systemic Risk, RealmOne, Hilltop Technologies, GovCon Different and the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation.
