Leslie Hubbard-Darr has transitioned to executive vice president of business development at T-Rex Solutions, after serving as the IT service provider’s EVP of national security.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn Friday, she expressed excitement about driving company growth this year.
Hubbard-Darr joined T-Rex Solutions in 2022 as VP of national security growth and advanced to EVP of national security in 2023 wherein she oversaw profit and loss management and the delivery of technology and services to federal clients in the intelligence and national security sectors.
Before joining T-Rex, she held business development and strategic growth roles at several other companies including Brillient, CGI and BearingPoint.
With over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, leadership development and program management, Hubbard-Darr has built and led commercial and federal services units generating over $800 million in annual revenue.
Currently, she also serves as president and CEO of DARR International, a management consulting firm.
