Parsons has won a position on a five-year, $200 million multiple-award task order contract to facilitate environmental-related projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District.
The company said Monday it will have the opportunity to bid on task orders that will support USACE environmental and associated obligations, including investigations into per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances at Department of Defense sites.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract encompasses an array of responsibilities, such as conducting studies, investigations and design work.
Jon Moretta, president of engineered systems at Parsons, said the company is looking forward to supporting “the Corps’ environmental mission to restore ecosystems, clean up contaminated sites and deliver a greener, more sustainable world for future generations.”
Parsons has been supporting USACE in the latter’s environmental missions for decades.
