SpiderOak and LinQuest have partnered to help government and commercial customers secure systems that support national security space missions.
The partnership centers on a software product with a key management system and seeks to protect satellite services and communications in space, SpiderOak said Tuesday.
SpiderOak’s OrbitSecure platform is designed to automate the security of commands and support attack surface management.
LinQuest will test and assess the technology as part of the partnership.
“We’ve developed a strong relationship with LinQuest to leverage their deep knowledge and longevity in national security space while helping them provide a solution for secure communication and data to connect the space architecture together in a system of systems approach,” said John Moberly, senior vice president for space at SpiderOak.
