A joint venture between Pueo Business Solutions and St. Michael’s Inc. has secured a potential $150 million contract from the U.S. Special Operations Command for enterprise professional services.
The Pueo-St. Michael’s JV will provide special operations forces deployed within and outside the continental U.S. with services over a five-year ordering period that will conclude on May 16, 2027, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
USSOCOM will use Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance funds to cover the minimum contract guarantee at the time of award.
The contractor is a Small Business Administration-approved All Small Mentor-Protege Program 8 (a) JV. St. Michael’s served as Pueo’s mentor under the initiative.
