Jacobs has partnered with IronNet Cybersecurity to collaboratively design and develop a new offering meant to help commercial and government parties detect and address stealthy cyber threats.

The joint cybersecurity offering will utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to gain awareness of both known and unknown cyber risks and bolster network security against attacks, Jacobs said Thursday.

Jacobs will combine its project delivery, scientific, technical and consulting services with IronNet’s cybersecurity products.

“Our partnership with IronNet Cybersecurity Inc. forms a unique offering to navigate the complexities of the cyberthreat landscape,” said Caesar Nieves, senior vice president at Jacobs’ cyber and intelligence business unit.

Keith Alexander, co-CEO of IronNet, said a collective defense strategy may help organizations transmit and accept cybersecurity information in real time for a faster response rate.
