Federal Contracting Vet Aaron Tilock Named Business Dev’t VP at C2 Labs

Aaron Tilock, former director of strategic growth consulting at federal program management company Entellect, has joined information technology services firm C2 Labs as vice president of business development, G2XChange ETC reported Friday.

Tilock brings to his new role more than two decades of experience managing federal projects involving telecommunications and information systems.

Prior to joining Entellect, Tilock held executive roles at MicroTech, IP Network Solutions, Cambridge International Systems and IronArch Technology. He also spent time at Science Applications International Corp.’s mission solutions business as vice president and senior manager earlier in his career.

In addition, Tilock worked for the Department of Defense as a contracting officer from 1996 to 2001, 

C2 Labs is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and offers a range of services encompassing cybersecurity, research and development, digital transformation and information technology strategic planning.
