Two former ICF International executives have joined emergency management firm Witt O’Brien’s to fill senior management roles supporting public safety and disaster relief operations.
John Paczkowski, former senior vice president at ICF, will serve as the company’s senior managing director, a role to which he brings experience in public safety, infrastructure protection, emergency management and homeland security, Witt O’Brien’s said Tuesday.
His experience includes work with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey where he led post-9/11 emergency operations.
Ricki Henschel, former business development senior vice president at ICF, joins Witt O’Brien to function as business development vice president, a role in which she will oversee proposal management, capture strategy and other business efforts. Her work at ICF spanned strategic efforts across both commercial and public sector markets.
