Modern Technology Solutions Inc., a 100 percent employee-owned company, has received an award in recognition of the firm’s industrial growth. It was placed on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing U.S. firms for the ninth time, MTSI said Wednesday.
Kevin Robinson, president and CEO at MTSI, said the company’s growth strategy and work environment resulted in an employee retention rate of more than 90 percent. MTSI provides defense and intelligence communities with a range of technologies and engineering services.
Inc. 5000 will host a conference and gala to deliver business discussions and celebrate growing U.S. companies. The three-day event will take place in Phoenix from Oct. 10 to 12.
