CFD Research to Help Analyze Environmental Effects on Army Systems - top government contractors - best government contracting event

CFD Research has received a potential five-year, $49.6M contract to develop and test environmental analysis tools for the U.S. Army.

The Hunstville, Ala.-based company will produce technology to help the service branch determine the potential effects of weather conditions on various sensors and systems, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

Army Contracting Command received one bid for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract and will provide funds and locations upon issuance of each order.

The Pentagon expects CFD Research to complete services by April 10, 2024.
