Cask Splits Into Government Services, ServiceNow Tech Businesses - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Cask has separated into two independent businesses, one focused on government services and the other on digital transformation platforms using ServiceNow.

Cask Government Services will be based in Northern Virginia and provide cybersecurity, program management, engineering, business analysis and logistics services for federal government clients, the company said Monday.

The company holds prime spots on the General Services Administration’s Stars II, IT Schedule 70 and Seaport-E/NG contract vehicles.

The ServiceNow technology-focused company will carry the Cask NX name and operate in San Diego to offer domain-focused platforms across information technology, security and risk management, human resources, customer service and finance areas to help enterprise clients transform employee and user experience.

“It was the right time to separate our ServiceNow business so our government teams can keep their focus on the program support and operational management expertise that made Cask what it is today,” said Liz Guezzale, president of Cask.

“Now we can sharpen our focus on government services, so our artisan-engineers can continue to bring our deep domain experience and technology acquisition expertise to help our government clients be successful in their missions,” Guezzale added.
