CGI Federal has established an innovation center in Arlington, Va., in a move to help federal clients address challenges with the use of technology, Washington Business Journal reported Tuesday.
The facility, which is located at Marymount University’s Ballston Center, will host interactive workshops and showcase company-made information technology platforms through video walls, touch tables and interactive kiosks.
Venkat Kodumudi, an administrative director at CGI Federal, oversees the innovation hub.
“Instead of the federal customers working in a vacuum and coming up with requirements, we collaborate with the customer to take them along from the start,” Kodumudi told WBJ.
