Helios HR has presented Fulcrum with a 2016 Helios HR Apollo Award under the employee assimilation & onboarding category during the Apollo Awards ceremony held Wednesday at the Hyatt Regency in Reston, Virginia.
Fulcrum was one of 33 finalists for the award and was also a nominee for the employment brand, employee mentorship/coaching and employee recognition distinctions, the company said Friday.
“It is always an honor to be selected as a Helios winner since this recognizes the Fulcrum’s team’s committed dedication to our most valuable resource, our employees,” said Jeff Handy, Fulcrum CEO.
Kirstie de la Jara, Fulcrum’s human resources VP, said the company’s onboarding and assimilation program was designed to result in increased employee integration, as well as customer and employee satisfaction.
“From their first contact with our dedicated recruiting professionals, to their in-processing by our human resource team, and their personal contact by the new employee’s leadership team including our corporate CEO, this program is 100% employee focused,” she said.
