Hitachi Data Systems U.S. federal subsidiary has hired Linda Jensen and Jason Hardy as federal director of service and support and cloud technologist, respectively, as part of an effort to bolster service support across the federal government.
Jensen, formerly customer experience and support department lead at EMC‘s federal worldwide service, will oversee the company’s initiative to forge customer relationships, Hitachi Data Systems Federal said Wednesday.
“Linda brings extensive federal experience and knowledge, as well as a proactive instinct to drive consistent execution of all maintenance support services and process improvement,” said Mike Tanner, president and CEO of Hitachi Data Systems Federal.
Hardy, previously a storage architect at Compellent Technologies and chief storage strategist at Saint Joseph Health Systems, will be responsible for Hitachi Data Systems’ cloud enabling technologies for federal clients.
“Jason can show federal agencies how to implement best commercial practices for cloud and how these strategies can help modernize any environment,” said Tanner.
