Neel Mehta
Gary Noyes serves as chief financial officer at AT&T‘s government solutions business and is a more than two-decade veteran of the telecommunications company.
In that capacity, he oversees the unit’s financial planning and analysis, internal controls, cost management, investment, accounting compliance and operations-related finance metrics.
Noyes previously helped manage capital expenditures and growth programs at AT&T as executive director of corporate strategy and planning.
He has also managed a business continuity service, complex client negotiations and business case and pricing analyses.
A U.S. top secret security clearance holder, Noyes earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rowan University and his master’s degree in telecommunications management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
