Triple Canopy has earned a certification from the American National Standards Institute and ASIS International for the company’s quality management of its private security service operations.
“Achieving PSC.1 certification not only demonstrates our integrity and dedication to transparency but also contributes to our broader goal of improving accountability among private security service providers worldwide,” Mo Mulligan, president of Triple Canopy, said Monday.
Mulligan added the company ensures it abides by international human rights and humanitarian laws.
The company noted that Congress requires private security companies to comply with PSC.1 standards when they perform overseas contract work for the U.S. Defense Department.
Triple Canopy is the third Constellis Group subsidiary to earn the distinction.
Intertek Certification helped Triple Canopy obtain the ANSI/ASIS PSC.1 certificate, which is valid until July 23, 2018.
