Neel Mehta
Steve Costalas serves as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Vencore and is in charge of corporate ethics, procurement, contracts, pricing and legal activities.
He joined the company in 2011 when it was known as The SI Organization and plays a key role in business risk assessment as well as merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to his current role, he served as a counsel at law firm Dechert and worked with government, technology, healthcare and life sciences organizations during his tenure there.
He also held a similar position at Power Medical Interventions and Pharmacopeia.
Costalas also serves as secretary of the Saint George Senior Housing Corp.’s board of directors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Dartmouth College and a juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
