Christian Alexander serves as senior vice president and director of global business development at Parsons‘ government services business and holds responsibility over the development of the unit’s business strategies and account management functions.
Alexander was most recently the business development manager for Parsons’ national security and defense division, where he was responsible for client negotiation and business planning and development work.
He helped the company to capture projects in areas such as performance-based remediation services for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, coalition munitions clearance in Iraq for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and environmental investigations and feasibility research for the Air Force center for environmental excellence.
Before he joined Parsons, Alexander served as director of project development at Foster Wheeler Environmental Corp., where he helped to pursue federal, commercial and municipal business opportunities.
He also helped the National Science Foundation evaluate effluent impacts on the Chesapeake Bay watershed under a 10-year program.
Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental chemistry from Long Island University.
