Clarence Schmitz, formerly chairman and chief executive officer of Outsource Partners International, has joined the board of directors at AECOM Technology.
“[Schmitz’s] diverse experience guiding organizations that have delivered extraordinary growth will greatly complement the existing expertise on our Board as we focus on the continued growth of our business,” Michael Burke, AECOM president and chief executive officer, said Wednesday.
Schmitz previously worked as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Jefferies Group and served in several leadership roles at KPMG, including on the board of directors and management committee, during his 25 years with the company.
He co-founded and led Outsource Partners International before it was eventually sold to EXL Service Holdings.
