Lockheed Martin will conduct a three-day event in late April to promote science, technology, engineering and math education to students.
The USA Science & Engineering Festival will take place from April 25 to April 27 in Washington and Lockheed will offer the students time in pilot simulators for the F-35, F-22 and F-16 fighter jets, the company announced Monday.
Lockheed will also showcase its Orion Human Space Flight Simulator, its Phoenix Mars Lander to show how it is like to live on Mars, living conditions in Antarctica and access to an interactive weather wall.
The company will also let the students at the event experience robotic technology, a robot rescue challenge and robots in a band.
