Maggie Chan Jones, senior vice president of North America marketing at Level 3 Communications, has been chosen to receive a Most Powerful and Influential Women Award for 2014 from the Colorado Diversity Council.
The award honors high-ranking female executives in various industries, L3 Communication announced Thursday.
“This award highlights the positive impact female leaders can have in their communities, and I look forward to continuing with my work at Level 3 to help pave the way for other women to achieve their goals and reach their leadership potential,” Jones said.
Before joining Level 3, Jones spent more than seven years at Microsoft in marketing director roles for Office 365 and U.S. cloud services.
