Tim Chase leads Deloitte Consulting LLP‘s defense intelligence business, where he handles development and delivery of management and technology offerings to intelligence agencies and organizations.
He also serves as a principal for Deloitte Consulting LLP and a leader within Deloitte LLP’s federal government services practice. The company says he has been responsible for developing the practice since its inception in 1996 and has also worked with agencies to improve their business processes and strategic management initiatives.
From 1992 through 1996, he supported contracts with the Defense Logistics Agency and other Pentagon entities. He joined Deloitte following the consulting firm’s acquisition of BearingPoint in May 2009.
Prior to joining both BearingPoint and Deloitte, he worked for 7 years as an industrial engineer in commercial manufacturing environments in both the steel products and electronics industries.
He holds both a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and operations research and an M.B.A. in finance from Virginia Tech.
He is also certified in production and inventory management.
