The U.S. Navy‘s Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division has announced plans to solicit bids for an upcoming indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for transducers, connectors and boots.
NUWCD said in a FedBizOpps notice posted Monday it looks for a contractor to design, manufacture, test, package and deliver TR-232C first article and production transducers.
TR-232C is essential to systems on the military branch’s all submarine classes and select surface ship types, according to the notice.
The Navy aims to launch a formal solicitation process for the small business set-aside contract on Nov. 29.
Interested vendors must register on the System for Award Management website.
