Orbit International‘s electronics business group has received a $1.1 million purchase order from the U.S. Navy for unindentified products.
The company said Thursday it will deliver the completed units to the military service in during second and third quarters of 2017.
“This is the second of the two large awards that we were expecting prior to year-end,” said Orbit International President and CEO Mitchell Binder.
A U.S. government procurement agency awarded the company’s electronics group a $1.23 million order in December for MK 119 unmanned computer shipboard enclosure and associated spare parts.
