American Systems has received a potential five-year, $36.6 million task order to continue to provide information technology and managed hosting support services for the Security Cooperation Enterprise Solution.
SCES is an enterprise platform launched by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency in 2008 in an effort to facilitate foreign military sales processes for international customers across the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy and the U.S. Marine Corps, American Systems said Monday.
The contract covers systems administration, service desk, network services and cybersecurity support, such as continuous monitoring and risk management assistance in support of the cloud infrastructure.
Peter Smith, president and CEO of American Systems, said the task order aims to reflect SCES’ confidence in its partnership with American Systems.
The contract was awarded through the General Services Administration’s Alliant indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle.
