CSRA has received a potential five-year, $38.9 million contract to help update the Department of Health and Human Services‘ human resources management system.
The company said Thursday it will work to upgrade the HHS human resource solutions division’s PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 8.9 suite to the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 version.
CSRA will also design, develop and integrate the suite and related interfaces as well as operate and maintain the new environment during the deployment and stabilization phase.
“The human resources system our customer currently uses is extremely complex and requires the use of multiple data feeds, which can be time consuming and impact efficiency,” said Paul Nedzbala, CSRA executive vice president for the health and civil group.
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 is designed address risk levels and aid human resources related actions such as time, attendance and payroll processing functions.
