Jennifer Ewbank, the former deputy director for digital innovation at the CIA and a two-time Wash100 Award winner, has joined the Strategic Advisory Group for Government, Defense & Intelligence at Oracle, which is being led by Kim Lynch, an executive vice president at the technology company who is herself a recipient of the Wash100 Award.

Ewbank announced her new role on LinkedIn, where she touted Oracle’s ability to contribute to national security by delivering “a deep understanding of the threat landscape” and “secure, agile technology” and by innovating across various classification levels.
“I’m eager to contribute my experience to support Oracle’s efforts to modernize government missions, accelerate data-driven decisions, and outpace evolving threats. There is real opportunity here to shape the future of digital advantage across the U.S. government,” Ewbank added.
Jennifer Ewbank’s Career Highlights
After her term at the CIA ended in January 2024, Ewbank took on advisory roles at multiple organizations, including cybersecurity company Hilltop Technologies, advisory firms The Chertoff Group and Ankura, and technology company RealmOne.
She is also on the board of directors at The Analysis and Resilience Center for Systemic Risk, darknet data and intelligence provider DarkOwl and the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation.
In February 2024, Ewbank founded Andaman Strategic Advisors, a consulting and advisory services provider in various areas, including digital transformation, cyber and AI strategies.
