Eileen Vidrine, a federal government veteran with nearly four decades of experience, has been named strategic adviser at software development firm Concept Plus. She will support the company’s work with its largest client, the U.S. Air Force.

Concept Plus said Friday that Vidrine will guide initiatives supporting key Air Force priorities, including multi-domain command and control, artificial intelligence-enabled decision-making, and enterprise IT modernization. Her expertise will help ensure operational excellence amid shifting defense needs.
“The Air Force’s strategic priorities resonate deeply with Concept Plus’ mission of delivering transformative IT solutions,” Vidrine said. “I look forward to advancing our collaboration with the Air Force and helping to shape the future of data and AI in defense.”

Vidrine is also CEO of her consultancy, Vidrine Vantage, and serves as an adviser to organizations such as the Mark Cuban Foundation, Planetary Systems AI, AI Squared and FedLearn.
She previously served as the U.S. Air Force’s chief data and AI officer until March 2024. Before that, she was senior strategic adviser for data to the federal chief information officer at the Office of Management and Budget and held leadership roles at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
