Global aerospace and systems engineering services provider Stellar Solutions has appointed Dino Murray as defense sector vice president.
Stellar Solutions, whose customers include NATO and the U.S. military, said Tuesday that Murray took on the new role after nearly a year of serving as vice president of the Stellar Advisors unit, which works to provide strategic and operational consulting to address commercial and government needs.
Murray’s Professional & Educational Background
A retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general, Murray joined Stellar Solutions in September 2023 as senior director, bringing to the company his 29 years of military experience. He capped his Air Force career as deputy director of operations at the North American Aerospace Defense Command. During his Air Force stint, Murray had also served as an F-16 pilot evaluator with more than 580 hours logged in various combatant commands at the wing, group and squadron levels.
He earned a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College and a master’s degree in national security strategy from the National War College. He also holds a bachelor of science degree in aeronautical engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
