Adaleta Dilsizoglu, former Global Alliant senior director for strategic growth and partnerships, has been appointed as a vice president at Agile Defense. Her new role in the company is focused on business development and capture for the federal civilian sector, Dilsizoglu noted on LinkedIn.
Her Agile Defense position calls for establishing trusted relationships with clients and helping transition opportunities into the proposal and contract booking phases.
Career Record in Various Organizations
In her previous role at Global Alliant, where she worked for two years, she developed and implemented the company’s growth strategies in the public and private sectors. Her experience also includes founding the Strada Consulting Group to develop growth initiatives for nonprofit organizations, such as fundraising and partnerships.
She was also the founder of AcoMEDate, which she ran for more than 11 years for the independent marketing of various healthcare products and services.
In addition, Dilsizoglu had a stint of over three years as executive director of JKH Holdings, where she managed several charitable programs. For more than eight years, she had also served as the managing director of the Washington Institute of Surgical Engineering for collaboration with medical devices companies on health care improvements.
She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University.
Recruitment of Jennifer Hosking
Agile Defense also earlier announced in April its recruitment of Jennifer Hosking as vice president of proposal development to lead a team supporting defense and federal civilian pursuits from task order responses to large-scale and complex proposals. Hosking was formerly with ValidaTek.
