Planet Technologies, Carahsoft Partner to Bring Optimized Microsoft Services to Public Sector

Planet Technologies has collaborated with Carahsoft Technology to deliver optimized Microsoft services to the public sector.

Carahsoft said Tuesday it will provide government agencies access to Planet Technologies’ Microsoft-focused services through its reseller partners and contract vehicles, including NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, IT Enterprise Solutions – Software 2, National Association of State Procurement Officials ValuePoint, OMNIA Partners and E&I Cooperative Services Contract.

Through the expanded partnership, the public sector can access the following Planet Technologies offerings:

• Evolve 365 is a comprehensive learning and adoption platform designed to help users adopt Microsoft technologies in their day-to-day operations. The personalized Microsoft learning tool provides webinars, virtual classroom training and tutorials.
• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Readiness and Compliance Services is an offering that enables users to secure and maintain CMMC compliance, covering GCC and GCC High licensing, secure environment configuration, documentation support and services for NIST 800-171/CMMC Level 1 and 2 environments.
• Microsoft Managed Services enables organizations to manage, secure and support Microsoft environments while minimizing operational workload. This suite of services includes Microsoft’s M365, Azure, Sentinel, Compliance, OCM and Helpdesk Advantage.
• You Already Own It is a program designed to optimize existing Microsoft enterprise agreements to help agencies reduce redundant IT expenses, boost security measures and strengthen cloud capabilities.
