Jennifer Hosking has joined Agile Defense as vice president of proposal development after serving as director of proposals at ValidaTek.
In her new role, Hosking will lead a team of proposal managers and writers supporting defense and federal civilian pursuits from task order responses to large-scale and complex proposals, Agile Defense said Tuesday.
Commenting on her new role, Hosking said, “Agile is an industry powerhouse and it’s an honor to be on board.” She added, “With my experience, along with my hunger to grow and evolve, I’m excited to jump in and deliver results for Agile Defense customers and partners.”
Her appointment follows the promotion of Eric Richards to senior vice president of defense growth.
Hosking’s Career
The executive spent nearly two years at ValidaTek. Before that, Hosking ran her own proposal and strategy consulting firm for over two decades.
She has led teams through all phases of capture and proposal development, supporting opportunities worth up to $1 billion.
