Unissant has appointed Brigitte Custer as vice president of strategy and solutions, bringing over three decades of experience advising senior executives and leaders across the intelligence community and defense sectors.
In her new role, Custer will lead strategic programs and deliver innovative capabilities to national security customers, Unissant said Tuesday. She will also advance efforts by the organization to expand capabilities that would address clients’ emerging challenges.

Brigitte Custer’s Professional Background
Custer joined Unissant from CGI, where she worked for over three years. She also held senior leadership posts at General Dynamics Information Technology and Deloitte and operated as an independent strategy consultant. She earned a master’s in software systems engineering from George Mason University and graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information systems.
