TDI, a company specializing in cybersecurity, risk management and compliance, and Google Public Sector have collaborated to bring Google Cloud tools to the Department of Defense and the federal sector.
Streamlining DOD Risk Management
The Washington D.C.-based cybersecurity consulting firm said Monday it will accelerate the adoption of Google Cloud services by federal agencies by utilizing its High-Performance Risk Management Framework, or HyPerRMF, to optimize the DOD’s Risk Management Framework process. The aim is to lessen the time it takes for Google Cloud’s cloud services to obtain initial authorization to test and authority to operate.
TDI will also leverage its CnSight platform to enhance its scalable Cybersecurity Performance Management framework for Google Cloud offerings. The CPM framework aligns cybersecurity efforts with strategic goals while tracking risk, compliance, maturity and ROI. The strategic partnership aims to provide real-time, data-driven insights to help maintain the cyber-readiness of new deployments.
“This partnership will accelerate the delivery of mission-critical Google Cloud solutions to the Department of Defense ensuring these technologies are secure and ready for deployment,” said Jesse Dean, chief information officer of TDI. “We’re excited to kick off two significant projects with the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force, which will showcase the power of HyPerRMF and CnSight.”
