Parsons has partnered with the U.S. Army’s C5ISR Center through a cooperative research and development agreement to advance Project Linchpin, a program focused on delivering trusted artificial intelligence capabilities across the Army enterprise.
As part of the CRADA, the company said Wednesday it will analyze datasets, models and deployment scenarios to identify optimal metrics, specifications and governance for AI/machine learning operational use cases.
Additionally, Parsons will collaborate with C5ISR and Project Linchpin to develop deployment and model monitoring standards, streamlining ML operations and establishing a repeatable process for integrating AI/ML into the Army’s systems of record.
Ryan Gabriele, senior vice president and chief technology officer for defense and intelligence at Parsons, commented, “This cooperative agreement further enhances our growing portfolio in the rapidly maturing Department of Defense AI/ML community, and directly supports the Army’s Modernization Strategy.”
