Guidehouse has expanded its digital leadership with the appointment of technology executives Nicole Turner, James Young and Rahul Jain as partners.
The global consultancy said Wednesday Turner and Young will oversee digital financial services and digital state and local government, respectively, and Jain will take on the role of digital health leader.

Nicole Turner
In her new role, Turner will drive strategic growth in the financial services market and help clients address complex challenges using innovative tools.
She brings to Guidehouse over 20 years of tech-enabled business transformation experience. She most recently served as a senior leader at a professional services company, where she helped advance growth and supported digital transformation efforts for financial services customers.
James Young
As digital state and local government leader, Young will help government clients leverage low-code/no-code tools and data platforms to develop enterprise technologies designed to improve service delivery.
He has over 25 years of experience delivering scalable digital technologies to state and local agencies to support modernization efforts. He most recently served as a senior partner at a Fortune 100 tech company.
Rahul Jain
The tech executive will oversee efforts to expand Guidehouse’s digital health segment by driving innovative platforms and digital transformation strategy and managing customers’ needs.
Jain has over 25 years of experience leading federal and healthcare digital efforts, including spearheading digital modernization work at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
