Amazon Web Services has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Four Points Technology, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, to offer enhanced support services to enterprise customers. David Gilchrist, CEO of Four Points, said in a press release posted Tuesday that the SCA will enable his company to expand its offerings and streamline the delivery of AWS services.
Four Points is a value-added reseller of AWS products.
What Four Points Offers
Four Points is an IT company that provides digital products and professional services to customers in the federal government. The Herndon, Virginia-headquartered firm counts the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Labor and NASA among its clientele.
In September, the company secured a $15 million contract from the VA for the Datadog Application Performance Monitoring tool. Four Points in March also received a contract from NASA to support Phase III of Flight Deck CM.
The federal IT provider said advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning and analytics will enable Four Points and AWS to assist the digital transformation of government and education customers.
