APS Global, a cybersecurity and research & development company, and information technology services provider Carahsoft have collaborated to provide the federal government access to the former’s artificial intelligence and large language model-powered cybersecurity compliance assistant and navigator.
The partnership enables Carahsoft to distribute the CompassAPT software program, APS Global said.
What Is CompassAPT?
CompassAPT is an AI-driven software program designed to streamline cybersecurity compliance processes. The program enables organizations to swiftly and efficiently map and review complex compliance documentation, which saves time compared to conventional methods.
The APS Global offering meets National Institute of Standards and Technology and Federal Information Security Modernization Act requirements. It is now housed in a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, or FEDRamp, Data Center.
Richard Hansen, CEO and chief science officer at APS Global, stated, “We are thrilled to introduce CompassAPT to the federal government cybersecurity landscape. Our mission is to empower organizations with the tools and expertise needed to navigate the complex realm of cybersecurity compliance seamlessly and expediently. With CompassAPT, we are confident in our ability to reduce the backlog of CMMC compliance challenges for government contractors by driving efficiency, accuracy and security.”
