IT services provider Agile Defense has acquired IntelliBridge, a data analytics and digital transformation company.
By joining forces, Agile Defense and IntelliBridge aim to deliver advanced capabilities and integrated services to improve customer satisfaction. Enlightenment Capital, a private investment firm, backs both companies and announced the acquisition on Tuesday.
Rick Wagner, CEO of Agile Defense and a six-time Wash100 awardee, said, “This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Agile Defense. We are enhancing our team with the incredible talent and tech capabilities from IntelliBridge, accelerating our ability to deliver world-class solutions to the missions that rely on our expertise.”
“I am equally excited about the incredible opportunities this unification will unlock for our growing workforce, paving the way for greater innovation, collaboration and unparalleled professional development,” noted Wagner.
IntelliBridge was established in 2006 and provides technology, data analytics and mission-critical services for the federal government. With Agile Defense also delivering data analytics, digital transformation and cybersecurity capabilities, the business combination will support a broad portfolio of national security, defense and federal civilian missions.
Cass Panciocco, president and CEO of IntelliBridge, said, “Joining forces with Agile Defense is an exciting opportunity to amplify our impact and better serve our customers. Together, we bring complementary strengths, a shared mission-driven focus, and the ability to deliver more innovative, scalable solutions that will significantly enhance our support for critical government initiatives.”
Agile Defense’s Recent Joint Venture
This acquisition is Agile Defense’s latest collaboration with a technology services provider to advance operations. In November 2024, the company unveiled Agile Lion, a joint venture with Nemean Solutions, to develop innovative capabilities and cybersecurity tactics while further understanding data.
