The National Institutes of Health has awarded 11 companies positions on the fourth iteration of the potential $100 million NIH Conference, Administrative and Travel Services contract, or NIHCATS IV.
According to award notices published on the Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation, the NIH Office of Logistics and Acquisitions Operations issued a solicitation in October 2023 and received 24 offers for the NIHCATS IV contract.
The ordering period will run through the end of November 2029.

What Is NIHCATS IV?
NIHCATS IV is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract designed to help NIH, operating divisions within the Department of Health and Human Services and other federal agencies acquire a wide range of conference, administrative and domestic and international travel support services.
According to the statement of work, the contract vehicle has five task areas: travel support; meeting and conference support; documentation support; administrative support; and website design, development and maintenance support/internet support.
Under the meeting and conference support task area, work includes analyzing conference center agreements, designing and creating meeting websites and graphics, developing event planning tools and processes and facilitating online abstract review process.
