Engineering, procurement and construction services provider Fluor announced the retirement of long-time chief financial officer Joe Brennan, effective July 1, 2025, and the appointment of John Regan as its new CFO, effective March 1, 2025.
In a press release Monday, David Constable, chairman and CEO of Fluor, said, “Joe has been instrumental in strengthening Fluor’s financial stability and positioning the company for long-term success. Going forward, the Board and I are confident that our shareholders will benefit from John’s wealth of financial and operational management experience.”
Brennan joined flour in 1991 and held financial management positions, including senior vice president, operations controller.
Regan, a certified public accountant, has extensive experience in managing public company financial planning, reporting and operations. He is Fluor’s executive vice president and chief accounting officer. The new appointee was CFO at Alta Mesa and Vine Oil & Gas LP before joining Fluor.
