Madison Dearborn Partners has completed a strategic investment in Harmonia Holdings, a technology solutions provider to federal agencies and commercial clients. In addition to the growth investment, former Madison executive partners, Damon Griggs and Jon Brooks, were named Harmonia CEO and chairman, and chief business and legal officer, respectively, Harmonia said Monday.
In the same press release, Pallabi Saboo and Jai Saboo, co-founders of Harmonia, said, “Through our new partnership with MDP, Damon and Jon, Harmonia will have the resources to build expertise and develop leadership roles to accelerate its growth strategy, which we expect will deliver many benefits to our customers and employees.”
Both co-founders will retain significant ownership positions in Harmonia and serve as strategic advisers, while Pallabi Saboo will also sit on the board. MDP’s Technology & Government Team said the investment acknowledges Harmonia’s approach to creating an innovation ecosystem in the government technology services space.
MDP, Griggs and Brooks previously announced a partnership concerning a strategic growth investment in Harmonia. The objective is to build a leading provider of differentiated digital technology solutions to the U.S. federal government.
According to Griggs, the Harmonia team will remain focused on helping and supporting the federal government customers in effectively doing their missions using emerging technologies. Harmonia provides Agile and DevSecOps services to federal customers.
