General Dynamics’ information technology business and Gitlab have entered into a two-year partnership deal to boost the security and speed of software deployment as agencies modernize and move to the cloud.
GDIT said Thursday it will integrate GitLab’s artificial intelligence-powered DevSecOps platform into its Coral Software Factory Digital Accelerator service to enhance automation and security in application development.
Ben Gianni, senior vice president and chief technology officer at GDIT, commented, “The ability to innovate and accelerate the delivery of new capabilities is crucial for mission success.”
“We are excited to build on our partnership with GitLab and combine our expertise to rapidly provide advanced and secure software solutions for our government customers,” Gianni added.
