Forum Systems, a company specializing in generative artificial intelligence and application programming interface technologies, has partnered with IT capabilities provider Carahsoft Technology to bring scalable and secure GenAI services to the public sector.
Carahsoft said Tuesday it will provide government agencies access to Forum Systems’ QuantumSim platform, QS SecureGPT and QS Contracts.
QS SecureGPT works to allow agencies to safely use public large language models like ChatGPT by protecting their sensitive data using features like intent detection, guardrails, moderation, obfuscation and centralized audit observability. The tool also works with existing identity management systems.
QS Contracts utilizes LLMs to analyze contract documents, allowing agencies to identify IT ecosystem inefficiencies, redundancies and duplicate capabilities.
Michael Adams, program executive for AI solutions at Carahsoft, voiced enthusiasm about the collaboration, saying, “The innovative capabilities of Forum’s QuantumSim, QS SecureGPT and QS Contracts align perfectly with our mission to provide scalable and secure technology solutions to government agencies. This partnership will empower our clients to harness the full potential of GenAI while ensuring data protection.”
Jason Macy, chief technology officer of Forum Systems, also expressed excitement over the partnership, saying, “In the new era of Generative AI technology, it is important that the adoption of GenAI be done in an ethical and safe manner.”
