AFWERX has selected WillCo Tech to work on a project to manufacture an Automated Talent Management system for the Department of the Air Force, or DAF.
Through the Small Business Technology Transfer project, WillCo Tech will use its CyberSTAR family of products, experience, data and industry partnerships to provide skill-based approaches to improve the workforce and talent management in the DAF, the cybersecurity company announced Thursday.

For the past 15 years, WillCo Tech has facilitated the largest qualification management and reporting system for the Army, known as the Army Training and Certification Tracking System. The company then used this prior Department of Defense experience to unveil WillCo Tech’s CyberSTAR family of software as a service cyber workforce management products available for all DOD and government contractors.
WillCo Tech will now look to build on these national defense programs to produce modernized capabilities for the DAF and address workforce needs.
