Qualtrics has earned the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program’s moderate authority to operate for its artificial intelligence-based conversational analytics and natural language processing tools.
The AI and machine learning tools work to capture and process structured or unstructured customer feedback sent through various mechanisms, such as call center conversations, surveys and social media chats and posts, Qualtrics said Wednesday.
The certification indicates that the tools adhere to the security standards required by federal agencies.
Matt Chong, Qualtrics Federal vice president, said that with the company’s conversational analytics FedRAMP-certified, federal agencies can tap the technologies’ full potential with confidence.
“In alignment with the federal Executive Order on Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery, Qualtrics excels in listening, understanding, and taking action based on customer feedback,” he added.
